The main and co-main events for the Singapore fight card have yet to be announced.

“The Stun Gun” Dong Hyun Kim (22-3-1, fighting out of Busan, South Korea) is a UFC veteran who has been competing in the Octagon since 2008. A cunning and patient grappler, Kim is also known locally in his home of South Korea as the “Cicada”, a reference to how difficult it is to escape from Kim’s grasp once the fight goes to the ground. Kim is also a wicked striker, his iconic spinning back elbow knockout of John Hathaway continues to be a staple of highlight reels everywhere. Dong Hyun Kim enjoys mainstream popularity in his hometown, appearing on Korean variety shows like Running Man, Radio Star, 1 Night 2 Days and others. He is also individually sponsored by Reebok as their brand ambassador in Korea.

Colby “Chaos” Covington (11-1-0, fighting out of Fort Lauderdale Florida USA) is a relentless wrestler. With a much decorated wrestling pedigree, cardio and stamina for days, Covington no doubt looks to put Kim’s ground game to the test. The top welterweight prospect from the acclaimed American Top Team, Covington no doubt see’s a victory over the No. 7 ranked Kim as an important step toward his UFC rankings debut and a crucial victory that will lead him towards a shot at UFC gold.

“The Dongbei Tiger” Wang Guan (19-1-1, fighting out of Dongbei China). Wang is considered to be China’s most promising new MMA athlete. Fighting in the featherweight division, Wang in his Octagon debut hopes to make his mark and put Chinese MMA on the map.

Alex “Bruce Leeroy” Caceres (12-10-0, fighting out of Miami Florida USA) is a staple of the UFC’s featherweight division. Caceres first appeared to the MMA world as a contest on The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs. Team Koscheck. He recently fought a very exciting bout against Mexican star Yair “El Pantera” Rodrigues, a flashy back and forth affair that was awarded Fight of the Night honors.
