Join AAC athletes for a complimentary running session at the Beach!
Participants will be engaged through a practical session on specific running drills on how to run more efficiently and introduced to basic core exercises. Through these drills and exercises, runners will learn to run with the correct posture and technique for improved speed.
The athletics drills and exercises will be conducted on both hard surfaces as well as on the beach.
Come prepared to get slightly wet.
The clinic is for youth and adult runners aged 13 and above.
