Your running form sets the upper limit for where training will take you. Join Ben Pulham as he takes you through a training session that will include a warm up, running drills and cool down. Running drills are designed to improve your overall running technique and are used by professional athletes all over the world to improve their speed, strength, coordination, muscle firing and more.

Ben Pulham is a full-time coach for runners and triathletes. For years, Ben earned a living as a professional triathlete, representing New Zealand at Triathlon World Championships, World Cups and in the Olympic Trials. Having spent years training and racing at a high level, Ben brings a unique skill set to his role as a coach.
