Clinic Synopsis:
a. Short warm up jog and stretching exercises.
b. Introduction to five running drills: Ankling, High Knees Lifts, Heels Flick, Shuffling, and High Knees lift with Leg Extension.
c. Introduction to Speed Hurdles Running Drills
d. Short striding to apply techniques
e. Cool down stretches

Trainer Profile

Jee Keng is a certified International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) coach and has five years of experience in coaching track and field and adults’ fitness programmes. He holds a specialist diploma in Nutrition and Health Promotion and currently pursuing his degree in Sports and Exercise Science. He is also a competitive long distance runner. He has achieved several podium positions at recent local and overseas road races.
