While fencing isn’t one of the more popular sports in Singapore, there are still a surprising number of places where you can fence locally. Here are some of the places where you can go to take classes or practice fencing.

Z Fencing at United Square features three pistes for fencers to fence on, and conducts classes for fencers as young as four years old.
Fencing National Training Centre

One hall is specially set aside for fencers. This location is also the training location for Fencing Singapore (www.fencingsingapore.org.sg), the sport’s national association and governing body.
Blade Club Fencing

Blade Club Fencing runs one of the largest fencing organisations in Singapore, and has two branches - one here at Tai Seng and the main branch located at Bukit Timah. The club has taught fencing at numerous schools in Singapore, so aspiring fencers can be safe in the knowledge that they are in good hands.

Modern Fencing provides facilities for fencers both young and old, and is solely dedicated to epee fencing. Children as young as five years old can take part, and they also provide classes for seniors up to 60 years of age.

Absolute Fencing provides fencing classes for all age groups, as well as all the different types of fencing, including foil, saber and epee. They also provide individual training sessions, for fencers who want to improve outside of regular classes.
