The Afternoon Stretch programme is designed to get you off your seats while working from home, to keep you moving and avoid a sedentary lifestyle while staying at home.

Here's the breakdown of today's workout:

Segment 1
1. 2 Tuck + 2 Jack YX
2. 5 Squats, 5 Frog Squats
3. 2 Pikes, 2 Rowers
4. Side Hops x3, HK x 10
5. SL High Knee (10), +2 10 High Knees
6. Side High Knees, Split Jumps x 2

Isometrics (40s work, 20s rest)
1. Push up (5s Holds)
2. Jump Squats (5 Holds at bottom)
3. Superman (5s Holds at the top)
4. Loaded Beast to Front Step
5. Single-Leg Glute Bridge
6. Plank Rows

Segment 3

1. 5 Tuck, 5 Squat Jumps YX
2. 5 PU, 5 Back Raisers
3. 4 Windmill, 4 Sprawl
4. L-Sit Leg Lift, London Bridge
5. 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Punches
6. 5 Jacking Jacks. 10 High Knees
