The Afternoon Stretch programme is designed to get you off your seats while working from home, to keep you moving and avoid a sedentary lifestyle while staying at home.

The programme rundown is as follows:

Back to Basics – BURN IT!

Segment 1:
20 sec work, 10 sec rest

Each set 3 times (each exercise alternating)

Tap and stretch
Quick feet

Squat and tap
Back lunge

Hand release push up
Plank leg lift

Dead bug
Straight leg sit up

Segment 2:
20 sec work, 10 sec rest

REPEAT

WARM DOWN
