Laughter and cheer filled the air as Team Nila turned four on Saturday (March 2), with all of its members coming together to commemorate four great years of volunteerism and community service.
Team Nila's purple presence was felt at the Singapore Management University, where it held its birthday celebrations in conjunction with the school's official open house in efforts to invite more young people to join the force.
In addition to an array of other fun fringe activities and games, members of Active Groove turned up the heat with their k-pop moves as they led the crowd of all ages and abilities in a mass dance workout, showing everyone how keeping fit and having fun can go hand in hand.

Sharing his experience as a Team Nila volunteer, security specialist David who's donned the purple shirt since the 2015 SEA Games, said: "SportSG has sponsored me in courses like leadership and first aid, which are actually very relevant to my field of work. In return, I feel happy to clock in volunteer hours, to take the lead and give back to the community."
