Editor's thoughts: I may have been on vacation after my SEA Games stint in Manila but Liverpool showed no signs of slowing down in my absence. I was keeping an eye on the action while I was holidaying in Tokyo and am now pretty sure it is a matter of when and not if Liverpool wins it this season. With each passing match week, we keep waiting to see if there is a club that can halt their progress but it is starting to seem futile now. Nobody seems to be able to cope with their attack and they are even winning when they are not playing well, a hallmark of champions from past experience. Even their so-called challengers, Manchester City and Leicester have only been able to put up a less than convincing fight, barely staying in touch with the runaway leaders. A 13-point gap at Christmas with a game in hand. This is definitely Liverpool's title to lose.
