If you lost your way at Bay East Garden last Saturday and submersed yourself amongst a sea of technicolor sports attire, you might have found yourself in the middle of the Public Service Sports and Family Day.
The usual Saturday morning lull on 14th July quickly effervesced as colleagues, families, and friends lined up for the GetActiveSG Workout. Joining the ranks was (Guest-of-Honour) Head, Civil Service and President, Civil Service Club, Mr Leo Yip. Ahead of them was a day filled with a variety of sports, games, and festivities celebrating healthy and active lifestyles.
On top of having Active Health Labs on site, the day also debuted the Active Health Mobile as part of the ongoing efforts to engage Singaporeans, agencies, and corporates at their locations of choice.
There was certainly something for everyone of all shapes and sizes. It was also a day to exercise with some of our most important team mates: family.
