The end of the month is fast approaching, and Car Free Sunday (CFS) will be back again! Families can look forward to a series of fun-filled sports activities, which will be conducted at the Civic and Central Business District on 30 April.
Exercising comes with a host of health benefits, but exercising as a family also helps to improve relationships and influences the younger ones to cultivate the habit of keeping active!
Here are some activities you can look forward to this CFS:
Kids Yoga & Parent-Child Yoga
Heroes Lawn, Connaught Drive
Introduce your children to yoga this weekend! Making use of games, stories, and music, kids aged five to 12 will be encouraged to exercise their imagination as they perform yoga poses that imitate animals and vehicles. Parents can also look forward to parent-child yoga, which aims to promote family bonding through a series of interactive yoga poses.
All participants should bring along their own yoga mats, and register their interest here
Fun Archery by ActiveSG
Esplanade Park, Connaught Drive
Have your children take a shot at archery by stopping by our booths! They can learn to better their concentration and focus as they attempt to hit the target. This activity is suitable for anyone and for all fitness levels.

Tennis by ActiveSG
Join in a friendly game with family at the mini tennis courts set up by the ActiveSG Tennis Academy! Your children can also learn simple strokes at the station, and you might even consider signing them up for the academy after. Staff and coaches from the academy will be on site to answer any questions!
Pickleball by ActiveSG
