5 highlights to look out for at Car Free Sunday: March 2017

Every Car-Free Sunday (CFS) is filled with fun and sporty activities ideally suited for you and your family. This March, head down to the Civic and Central Business District on 26th March to join in the festivities!

This edition of CFS also seeks to educate the public on the importance of taking part in light physical activity to promote overall health and reduce the risk of kidney disease, in line with the celebration of World Kidney Day.

Here are some of the activities you can look forward to:

NKF Kidney Care Parade 2017

Take the step towards preventing obesity and kidney disease by joining the Kidney Care Parade! Bring your family and friends to take part in this leisurely Sunday walk in the spirit of promoting healthy living.

Bring your kids along for a trip down memory lane, by taking part in giant versions of traditional games! It’s suitable for all ages, so children, parents, and even grandparents will have great time trying them out.

Kids Fun Skate Race and Family Relay

The children can look forward to the Kids Fun Skate Race where they can compete against others their age, and stand to win prizes! Parents can also take part in the action by participating in a fun relay with their kids, together as a family.
