Balance your diet!
A balanced diet shouldn’t have to be boring, and neither does it mean purely vegetables and abstinence from carbohydrates. As long as you are getting enough proteins, vitamins and minerals, the extra carbohydrates and fats will not do you much harm. But of course, too much chocolate is still not wise!

Water! And not alcohol! Too much alcohol can be harmful for your body, whereas water helps keep you hydrated and refreshed. It also helps keep skin looking healthier, aids in digestion and gives you more energy. With all the year end parties keep hydrated to keep on partying!
Sleep, in today’s hustle and bustle, can often be overlooked and to some, it can come as a form of luxury. To stay healthy, your body needs rest, just like it needs food and water, so you need to sleep! If your current schedule prevents you from getting a good rest, change it right now or regret later!
