ActiveSG open house launch

Are you looking for a place where you can hang out with your families and friends, as well as take part in healthy, wholesome and fun activities at the same time? Then look no further, come join us at the upcoming ActiveSG open houses starting with the official launch on 26 April

Be part of a national movement

As part of ActiveSG, a national movement to encourage Singaporeans to live better through sport, Sport Singapore (formerly Singapore Sports Council) has embarked on a series of facility facelifts and makeovers to increase the fun element for the existing facilities in various parts of Singapore. All you need to do is visit the revamped facility closest to your home to find out what’s in store!

Work out by the pool and more

We have maximised the spaces at some of the ActiveSG Sports Centres (previously known as Sports & Recreation Centres) as part of these facelifts and makeovers. The older swimming complexes have also been given a facelift, with the open spaces being utilised in different ways. Some examples of these changes include outdoor gyms by the swimming pools and aqua gyms where you can work out.

Looking to bond and have fun with your kids? Try out the creative pool floats (see below) and have a crazy time with your little ones. If you prefer to chill out and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, then the alfresco lounge areas and barbeque pits by the pools will be perfect for you.

New amenities

Other awesome services include free Wi-Fi and mobile phone charging stations. Now, you can stay connected and not worry about your mobile phone dying on you while you are swimming! Feeling peckish? Check out the F&B push carts on offer. Beach buffs will be happy to know that there will be beach arenas by the pool where you can play beach volleyball.
