How much sleep do you need?

When was the last time when you woke up happy?

Big challenge if we want feel better, perform better and live better.

So, how much sleep do we need?

7 hours of quality sleep each night.  

If you repeatedly wake up during the night or feel tired even after sleeping for more than 7 hours, there’s a good chance that your sleep quality is poor.

Here’s how the Active Health Sleep Habits can help you:

  • Turn off all alerts on my mobile phone when I go to bed
  • Wake up at a consistent time every day (within 1 hour)
  • Do not consume caffeine after 2pm (a minimum of 6 hours before bed)
  • Be in bed with my eyes closed at least 7.5 hours before I need to wake up

Choose one habit you can commit to for the next 3 weeks.
