So, how much sleep do we need?
7 hours of quality sleep each night.
If you repeatedly wake up during the night or feel tired even after sleeping for more than 7 hours, there’s a good chance that your sleep quality is poor.
Here’s how the Active Health Sleep Habits can help you:
- Turn off all alerts on my mobile phone when I go to bed
- Wake up at a consistent time every day (within 1 hour)
- Do not consume caffeine after 2pm (a minimum of 6 hours before bed)
- Be in bed with my eyes closed at least 7.5 hours before I need to wake up
Choose one habit you can commit to for the next 3 weeks.
