KpopX Fitness

KpopX Fitness (Lite)

KpopX Fitness (Lite) is a variation of KpopX Fitness that caters to individuals who prefer dancing to a slower beat, minimizing impact on the joints. Enjoy a good workout to your favourite K-pop songs and reap the health benefits of a great workout all at the same time!




Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise. It engages participants to draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Zumba® Step is a fusion of Zumba® dance moves and aerobic steps, guaranteed to tone up your calves and glutes. Suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Zumba® Sentao uses a chair in a workout that focuses on using body weight to strengthen your core muscles and tone your body. This great resistance training workout will keep you on the edge of your seat!


Zumba® Gold

Aqua Zumba®

Splash your way into shape with this invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise.  Also known as Zumba® pool party, this aqua dance fitness workout is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers.


AquaFit is a pool-based fitness workout which incorporates strength training and conditioning into swimming. If you love water and would like to get more out of your swim, AquaFit will help you keep fit, lose weight and improve your fitness in no time!

Aqua Spinning

Aqua spinning is simply cycling on stationary bicycles in the shallow end of the swimming pool while listening to the tune of music. With water level being at your waist-to-chest height, you don’t even need to know how to swim to join Aqua Spin. Join in the fun and tone your butts and legs!

KpopX Fitness Kids

Zumba® Kids

The Zumba® Kids programme is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans. Let your child have fun and rock with their friends! Classes feature age-appropriate music and gets children moving to the beat. Suitable for children aged 7 to 11 years old.

Zumba® Kids Jr

Zumba® Kids Jr. is a dance and play party where 4 to 6-year-olds just let loose and have fun! Expose your little bundles of joy to new sounds and experiences! In these classes, children get to socialize, dance to age-appropriate music and play games with other children.



Keen to get your child started on Water Polo? Enrol them in Flippaball classes! Flippaball is basically modified water polo that is played in shallow waters. Hence, children who are just starting to learn how to swim can participate as well.


FUN Start MOVE Smart! Parent Child Workshop

Bonding time with your child is never enough! Have fun with your child while engaging them in physical activities designed to sharpen their fundamental movement skills such as walking, jumping and running. Programmes are specially designed for children aged between 3 to 10 years old.
