Ever since he realised he could be the best in his school team just by trying his best, he was sucked into the dream that he could be the best at anything if he put his heart down to working harder, better, faster, stronger and also smarter ways of learning. He loves sharing about his dream with people, and hope it inspires others to pursue their own.

Constance Lien is a Singaporean female ju-jitsu athlete who also formerly trained in the sport of swimming. She has seen a meteoric rise in the Singapore sporting scene since becoming the first Singaporean Jiu-jitsu exponent to win an Asian Games medal after claiming silver at the 2018 Asian Games, and has also clinched the Blue Belt Featherweight World Title at the IBJJF World Championships in 2019. She hopes to use sport to bring visibility to mental health and wellness.

One of two reknowned brothers in the Pencak Silat scene, Sheik Ferdous is a Silat World Champion and an Asian Games silver medallist. He hopes to contribute back to the community with his experience, and that through exposure of his sport, it would one day be featured in other Major Games such as the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics.
