With rugby fever upon us as we welcome the Rugby 7s back to Singapore, we take a look at an easy way to source the key nutrients for building those all-important sporting muscles!

Whilst most of us know and love milk for its calcium benefits, did you also know that it is also a good source of protein – the key building blocks for muscle?

The protein in cow’s milk is of high quality, containing a good balance of all the essential amino acids, that supports maximal growth.

The creamy goodness of just one glass of milk (240ml) provides the equivalent amount of protein as 1.5 medium eggs.

So the next time you drink a cup of milk, know that the goodness of dairy is providing you with calcium and much more!
