Following the announcement by Multi-Ministry Taskforce on 20 November 2021, the following measures will take effect at all ActiveSG Sport Centres and Dual-Use Scheme (DUS) sport facilities.

VACCINATION-DIFFERENTIATED SMM FOR HIGH-RISK SETTINGS (INDOOR UNMASKED ACTIVITIES)

High-risk (indoor unmasked) activities are allowed and must be confined to no more than 5 individuals (including instructor / coach) if all participants are fully vaccinated.

As fully vaccinated individuals have better protection against infection and severe illness, they may participate in activities in high-risk settings. If any one of the participants is not fully vaccinated, then such activity is prohibited.

Definition of Fully Vaccinated Individuals:

  • Individuals who have received the appropriate regimen of World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines including their respective duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective, and had their records reflected in MOH’s systems.
  • Individuals who have taken two doses of Sinovac-CoronaVac should be regarded as fully vaccinated for 4 months after the second dose, or until 31 December 2021, whichever is later. (Sinovac-CoronaVac requires a three-dose primary series regime)
  • Persons who have recovered from COVID-19 will be considered fully vaccinated 14 days after their single dose of the PSAR-authorised mRNA vaccines (i.e. Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna) or WHO EUL vaccines.
  • Persons who have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 270 days, regardless of their vaccination status.
  • Unvaccinated individuals with a valid negative result on a Pre-Event Test (PET) taken within the past 24 hours at an MOH-approved medical service provider before the expected end of the class/programme/event.
