Come along the Total Defence Trail as we explore the various sights and landmarks that represent the six pillars of Total Defence - Military Defence, Civil Defence, Economic Defence, Social Defence, Digital Defence and Psychological Defence! These pillars represent actions that individuals, communities and businesses can take to keep Singapore safe, strong and independent.

CHIONG AH! Charity Race 2022

In boosting morale as well as offering hope to our patients with dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, brain tumour and other neurological diseases, NNI Fund National Neuroscience Institute Fund or NNI Fund (for short) partners Sport Singapore, National Heritage Board and Lendlease Global Commercial REIT for the inaugural ‘One Heart, One Mind’ CHIONG AH! Charity Race 2022!

Funds raised from the inaugural ‘One Heart, One Mind’ CHIONG AH! Charity Race 2022: Discover Singapore, will go towards the NNI Fund to support patients with dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and other disabling brain, nerve, muscle and spine conditions and other unmet needs.

How to Collect Activity Stars

You start accumulating stars simply by doing any one of the following activities:

1	Visit the NEW Total Defence Trails and scan the QR codes at the trail markers	10 stars	Depending on activity, you can either collect this once only or once per day.
2	Book a slot to visit any ActiveSG gym Book via ActiveSG app or website. Usage date can be outside of the campaign period.	10 stars	You can collect this once per day
3	Book a slot or visit and scan in to any ActiveSG pool Book via ActiveSG app or website. Usage date can be outside of the campaign period.	10 stars	You can collect this once per day
4	Book any ActiveSG sports facility Book via ActiveSG app or website. Usage date can be outside of the campaign period.	10 stars	You can collect this once per day
5	Book any ActiveSG programme Book via ActiveSG app or website. Programme dates can be outside of the campaign period.	10 stars	You can collect this once per day
6	Attend Active Health Fitness & Health Assessment Pre-registration required	10 stars	You can collect this once only.
7	Use Active Wallet (Scan & Pay) at any participating merchants or vending machines. View list of merchants.	10 stars	You can collect this once per merchant per day.
8	Locate and scan QR codes at Partner locations View app for list of locations.	10 stars	You can collect this once per location per day.
9	Locate and scan QR codes at ActiveSG Sports Centres View app for list of locations.	10 stars	You can collect this once per location per day.

How to Ballot

1. Tap on the Gift Box icon to view available prizes
   Note: All prize images are for illustration purposes.
2. You can ballot in any combination.
3. If you join a team, your team will automatically ballot for the team prize when you level up!
