3) Be a Responsible User
We noticed that some of our members did not turn up after booking slots. We encourage all members to use their booked slots responsibly. Let’s not deprive others a chance to exercise and stay healthy. Thank you for your cooperation.
4) Rules for Court Booking
In light of the recent COVID-19 cases at our facilities, we have implemented new measures to reinforce the rules at all our indoor sport facilities.
- Different coloured wristbands will be issued and worn by players of different groups in each court for identification.
- Players can only play amongst those wearing the same colour wristbands.
- No intermixing of players between courts is allowed. Players are to stay in their assigned court/table.
- It is mandatory for the hirer of respective court to be present during the time of play, and be part of the group of players on court.
- Bookings are not transferrable.
- Masks are to be worn when not playing on court/table.
ActiveSG staff will conduct verification checks before players are issued coloured wristbands prior to entering the hall. There will be no refunds for bookings where players fail to comply with the rules.

SportSG views any violation of SMM very seriously as they compromise the entire national effort to minimise the risk of community transmission. SportSG will take strong action against individuals who infringe the regulations, including barring them from the use of ActiveSG facilities henceforth.
As we transit into Phase Two, Singaporeans are urged to remain vigilant and observe safe distancing measures in place to minimise community transmissions. Together, we all need to play our part to protect ourselves and our loved ones.
